New Tube Laser Cutting Capabilities Strengthen Data Center Enclosure Manufacturing

As demand for data center infrastructure continues to grow, manufacturers need fabrication partners that deliver exceptional quality, precision, and production efficiency.

That’s why Alacriant expanded our metal fabrication capabilities with the addition of the BLM GROUP’s LT7 tube laser cutting machine—an investment that helps us continue delivering the high-quality data center enclosures and fabricated assemblies our customers expect.

The LT7 represents another step in our commitment to investing in advanced manufacturing equipment that helps us meet—and exceed—customer expectations. Designed for high-speed, high-precision tube processing, this equipment gives us greater flexibility when producing the structural components that form the foundation of today’s data center enclosures.

Precision Tube Laser Cutting for Data Center Applications

Modern data center enclosures depend on strong, accurately manufactured structural frames. The LT7 allows us to precisely cut, notch, slot, profile, and process round, square, and rectangular tubing used throughout these assemblies.

2026 Laser tube

Because every component is produced with exceptional dimensional accuracy, assemblies fit together more consistently, helping improve quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Advanced Manufacturing Without Traditional Tooling

The LT7 gives us the ability to manufacture complex tube components without the expense and lead time associated with dedicated hard tooling. Instead of producing specialized tooling for every new design, we can quickly program the machine to produce intricate features, custom geometries, and production-ready parts.

The equipment can cut holes, slots, tabs, copes, and other features around the entire tube while automatically rotating the material during processing. This flexibility makes it well suited for both production runs and customized fabrication requirements.

The new equipment also supports advanced manufacturing techniques such as laser-cut fold features that reduce secondary fabrication, along with permanent laser etching for part identification and assembly markings when required.

Supporting Faster Production with Exceptional Accuracy

The LT7 is engineered to process long sections of tubing while maintaining outstanding repeatability and precision. It accommodates material up to 27 feet in length for infeed and finished parts up to 21 feet in length, making it well suited for both enclosure manufacturing and larger data center infrastructure components.

Its high production efficiency allows us to manufacture precision tube components quickly while maintaining the tight tolerances required for demanding industrial and data center applications.

A Dedicated Tube Laser Team

Advanced equipment delivers the greatest value when paired with experienced people.

Today, five dedicated team members support our LT7 operations, including four trained machine operators and one dedicated programmer. Together, they help ensure every project benefits from consistent quality, precision manufacturing, and efficient production.

Continuing to Invest in Our Customers' Success

The tube laser is only one example of our ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing technology. We continually evaluate new equipment and production capabilities that allow us to better serve customers with increasingly complex fabrication requirements.

We also plan to expand our tube laser capabilities with additional equipment that will further strengthen our ability to support the evolving needs of data center manufacturers and other industrial customers.

Whether we’re fabricating structural frames, precision tube assemblies, or complete data center enclosures, we’re committed to providing the manufacturing expertise, advanced equipment, and responsive service our customers depend on.
