Expertise and Production Pay Off for Data Center Load Banks
Problem Statement
Faced with a tight timeline for the trade show exhibition sample, the client wasn’t certain whether a unit could be ready. We relieved all concerns by outlining our plan for the event sample and three other units for testing and refinement. We also helped the client become comfortable with our ability to produce all the planned. Each load bank was about 6 feet by 5 feet.
Methodology
With our focus on quality, we efficiently worked to have the trade show prototype and three other samples ready in eight weeks instead of 12-16 weeks. We made sure we could deliver by:
- Utilizing certified welders, laser operators, fabrication personnel, painters and assemblers
- Planning for CNC punching, laser cutting, forming, welding, and painting
- Handling every aspect of the enclosures, including wheels, hinges, caulking, seals, trays, and gasketing materials
- Coordinating shipping
