Jim Berkes founded Artisan Tool & Die, a supplier of metal stamping dies and metal stampings to the automotive industry.
Artisan Industries was formed and added a 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Macedonia, Ohio.
Artisan Industries added a 65,000 sq. ft. facility on Grant Avenue in Cuyahoga Heights.
Artisan Industries purchased Artisan Tool & Die.
Artisan Industries opened a third location with 45,000 sq. ft. of space in Streetsboro, Ohio.
Artisan completed a 35,000 sq. ft. addition to the Streetsboro location.
Artisan Industries transformed into Alacriant Inc. In addition to the new name, they developed a strategic plan to guide them for the next several years and in 2015 completed a renovation to the Streetsboro location.
Added an additional location in Streetsboro to support our continued growth.
